Cash payment upon arrival, in addition to credit card pre-authorization, may be required.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on property. Smoking outside a guestroom window is considered smoking on property. Guests smoking on property will be charged a fee.

If the reservation is booked with a credit card that does not match the guest's name who will be staying on property, please contact the hotel in advance to complete a credit card authorization form.

The Andrews Hotel does not have storage space for guest packages. Parcels delivered prior to arrival and post departure will not be accepted.

If you plan to receive parcels during your stay you must notify the Hotel prior to arrival and provide them with all of the details. Any unclaimed packages will be handled as lost and found items.
